Why can't I log in?
Help-Wanted.Net requires cookies to keep track of your user session so your browser must have cookies enabled. Some Netscape 4.x browsers have a bug that periodically does not allow you to log in. If this is the case, you have to exit all open Netscape windows and restart the browser. Also, one of the reasons that you may not be able to log in is that you may not have created a Log In. If this is the case, you can go to
Create a Sign On
. If you already have a login, you may have entered your name or password incorrectly. Try re-entering your name and password again. If you have forgotten your Name and Password you can request your name and password to be sent to your email account.

I was already logged in. Why does it say that I'm not?
Most likely, your user session has timed out. Help-Wanted.Net user sessions are terminated after 15 minutes of inactivity. Therefore, you must log in again. Also, sometimes a browser will periodically stop sending cookies. Since Help-Wanted.Net user sessions are cookie-based, the only way to fix this problem is to close all browser windows and restart the browser.
