Terms & Conditions -- Bulk Upload Services

Help-Wanted.Net, hereafter: Publisher, offers for sale or other consideration and,
you the individual applicant/user of the Bulk Upload Services, hereafter:
Advertiser, agree as follows:
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE AND FEES: Publisher will post the Advertiser's Job
Posting(s) on Publisher's web site for the period specified on the Advertiser's
insertion order form. Publisher will make minor corrections as required by Advertiser
within three days after a given posting is initially published. Publisher will remove
postings at the Advertiser's request prior to the normal expiration of the posting's term.
Fees are as specified on the current rate sheet and offer provided to the Advertiser at
the time the insertion order is placed. For customers without established
credit, Help-Wanted.Net reserves the right to collect payment prior to publication
of the job posting. The service has been demonstrated to the Advertiser's satisfaction,
and is accepted 'as is' to fully satisfy the Advertiser's needs and expectations.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms and Conditions, along with
the Basic Site Usage Terms and Conditions,
the General Terms and Conditions, and
the Advertiser's completed insertion order form, are the entire agreement between
the parties relating to the Services, and there are no other agreements or
representations, such as the location of the advertising,
or the advertising of others.
