The following Terms & Conditions apply for all users of Help-Wanted.Net. Posters and Advertisers are also
subject to additional Terms & Conditions.
This agreement between Help-Wanted.Net and you, the user, is governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey,
and any dispute or litigation will be resolved under the laws of, and in the courts of New Jersey.
Use of the services of Help-Wanted.Net, and The Help Wanted Network, is only offered in locales where the
provision of such services, as exemplified by Help-Wanted.Net, is legal and in accordance with all local
regulation, and free of any licensing, registration, or other fee. The use of Help-Wanted.Net is void where
prohibited. This is not an offer or solicitation to provide services in any locale where such service, as
provided by Help-Wanted.Net, as currently embodied, is in any way restricted. Your use of Help-Wanted.Net
indicates your representation that you are unaware of any legal circumstance that would prevent Help-Wanted.Net
from being fully legal in its delivery of services to you.
The Internet News Group postings found on Help-Wanted.Net are not offers or solicitations of employment on the
behalf of The Help Wanted Network, Help-Wanted.Net, or Web Services, Inc. but rather of the original poster.
By use, or continued use, of the facilities at Help-Wanted.Net, you indicate your acceptance, without reservation,
of the Terms and Conditions enumerated in the preceding sections, as well as the following: In no event shall
The Help Wanted Network, Help-Wanted.Net, or Web Services, Inc., or any of its officers, employees, or agents
be liable for a sum greater than the total amount paid directly to these parties, by you, the user. Further,
you the user agree to pay the legal fees for all parties involved, regardless of disposition, for any action
you initiate, or is initiated, with your consent, on your behalf by any other party or parties. Additionally,
you the user shall indemnify and hold all of the above parties harmless from the results of any action brought
by you, or brought, with your consent, on your behalf by any other party or parties.
These terms are subject to change, solely at The Help Wanted Network's discretion, without prior notice.
Notice shall be provided by a modification to the revision date for this page, this revision date will
also be posted on the home page of Help-Wanted.Net. Your continued use of Help-Wanted.Net, after such notice
of change shall indicate your complete acceptance of the revised terms then in effect.
If any body of competent jurisdiction should exclude any element of this agreement, then the remainder of
the agreement shall remain in force.
This document represents the entire agreement between you, the user, and The Help Wanted Network,
Help-Wanted.Net, and Web Services, Inc., except as noted above for Posters and Advertisers who are subject to
additional Terms and Conditions, and is subject to change only as described above.
If you do not agree with, and accept fully, the above, then leave the site now, Help-Wanted.Net's services are
offered solely in accordance with the above terms and conditions. Any other use is theft of services.
